The Massage and Physiotherapy Center in Sykies, Thessaloniki provides its services under the following terms and conditions. Using our services implies acceptance of and compliance with these terms. We recommend that you read this document carefully before proceeding to book or use our services.
All bookings for massage and physiotherapy services must be made in advance by phone (6942794956) or in person at our center. We suggest making your reservation at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please notify us at least 4 hours before the scheduled time. For cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the service cost. In case of no-show without warning, the full amount of the service may be charged.
It is your obligation to inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy or any other health conditions that may affect your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse to provide services if we determine that a particular treatment may worsen an existing condition or put your health at risk.
Our therapists are fully trained and certified, however if you feel any discomfort during the treatment, please notify your therapist immediately.
Prices for our services are available in our price list and may change without notice. We accept payments in cash and by card. Payment must be made immediately after completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.
For prepaid packages or massage gift cards, special terms and conditions apply that will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.
We expect all our clients to behave with courtesy and respect towards staff and other clients. Any inappropriate behavior, including sexual innuendos or harassment, will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and possible prohibition of future visits.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted in our store and will be effective from the date of posting.
